The four column hydraulic press, also known as the hydraulic press, is a mechanical device that uses Pascal's law to transmit fluid pressure. There are many types of hydraulic presses. Of course, the uses are also diverse according to needs. According to the type of liquid that transmits pressure, there are two main categories: hydraulic presses and hydraulic presses. The total pressure generated by hydraulic presses is relatively high and is commonly used for forging and stamping. Forging hydraulic presses are divided into two types: forging hydraulic presses and free forging hydraulic presses. Die forging hydraulic presses require molds, while free forging hydraulic presses do not require molds. The first 10000 ton hydraulic press manufactured in China was a free forging hydraulic press. The four column hydraulic press consists of two main parts: the main engine and the control mechanism. The main part of the hydraulic press includes hydraulic cylinders, crossbeams, columns, and filling devices. The power mechanism consists of an oil tank, a high-pressure pump, a control system, an electric motor, a pressure valve, a directional valve, etc. This hydraulic press is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials. Such processes as powder product molding, plastic product molding, cold (hot) extrusion metal molding, sheet stretching, as well as horizontal pressing, bending pressing, flipping, and correction. The four column hydraulic press has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, which adopts button centralized control and can achieve three operation modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic.
