1. The four column two plate structure adopts an adjustable positioning oil cylinder, with high positioning accuracy at the bottom dead center and a repeatability accuracy of 0.01mm.

2.   Double button switch operation mode, pressure, stroke, holding time, and closing height can be adjusted by customers themselves, with convenient operation and reliable work

3.   This series of hydraulic presses is powered by liquid pressure ranging from 1-14MPA and is externally connected to three-phase AC380V 50HZ

Or three-phase AC220 60HZ AC power supply, with a total power consumption not exceeding 3.7KW

4.  The noise level during device standby should not exceed 80 decibels.

5.   There are two control modes: manual and semi-automatic, equipped with an emergency rebound button, and an infrared handguard can also be installed

6.   The compression stroke is generally controlled by a timer, pressure switch, and proximity switch.

7.   The lifting height of the press fit spindle can be adjusted arbitrarily (within the stroke range) through a timer or proximity switch.

8.   It has automatic counting function and can also be equipped with a force measurement display, which can be customized according to customer requirements.

9.  The output range of this series of hydraulic presses is optional from 3tf to 15tf (1tf=1000kgf=9.8KN).
